1. Scope of Services
CabX operates as a technology aggregator connecting passengers with licensed, verified third-party commercial vehicle operators and drivers. Our core mobility offerings include:
- Outstation Round Trips: Multi-day or same-day intercity travel (calculated at 300 KM/day minimum).
- One Way Intercity Drops: Point-to-point one way outstation transfers.
- Local Hourly Rentals: Flexible intra-city hourly packages (e.g., 4hr/40km, 8hr/80km, 12hr/120km).
- Airport Transfers: Guaranteed on-time airport pickups and drop-offs.
2. Vehicle Categories & Capacity

3. Pricing, Tolls & Extra Charges
- Transparent Fare Calculation: Fares are computed transparently based on distance (KM), trip type, duration, and vehicle category.
- Toll Taxes & State Entry Permits: Unless explicitly booked as an "All-Inclusive Package", toll taxes, state border entry taxes, and airport parking fees are payable directly by the passenger at actuals or added to the final invoice.
- Night Driver Allowance: Trips running between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM may attract a standard driver night allowance of ₹250 to ₹350 per night.
- Extra KM / Waiting Charges: Any travel exceeding the contracted package distance or allocated waiting time will be billed as per standard rate cards.
4. Passenger Conduct & Safety
To maintain safety and decorum:
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of contraband/narcotics inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited by law.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to unruly or abusive passengers.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times as per Motor Vehicles (Amendment) regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
CabX makes every endeavor to ensure punctuality and seamless travel. However, CabX shall not be held liable for unavoidable delays caused by severe traffic congestion, weather anomalies, road closures, strikes, or sudden technical breakdowns. In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, CabX will arrange an alternative replacement cab as swiftly as feasible.
6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
